Union Beer Distributors is seeking a Night Warehouse Order Selector for the 3rd shift. The role offers a starting hourly rate of $18.00 with potential to earn beyond $23/hour plus a $2 shift differential and performance incentives.

The position is night-based with daytime training and potential summer start dates. Duties include palletizing, order picking of beer and related products, and safety-focused warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Familiarity with ride-on pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Strong basic math and counting skills.
• Consistent, punctual, and motivated work habits.
• Comfortable working in cold environments and lifting heavy products.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Steel-toe boots required on Day One.

Responsibilities

• Accurately build mixed pallets using headset-guided systems and ride-on pallet jacks.
• Pick beer, kegs, and other alcohol products efficiently and according to standards.
• Handle heavy items (up to 170 lbs) safely and carefully.
