Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient, ensuring a safe environment and calm interaction.
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient status to RN and responds appropriately.
• Assists in orientation of the healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
