Responsabilidades

• Assess and plan patient care using nursing process.
• Lead interdisciplinary care teams to provide holistic care.
• Advocate for patients and families while protecting confidentiality.
• Coordinate and supervise on-unit staff and shift operations.
• Provide infusion center oversight if assigned, including vitals and medication administration.
• Ensure documentation, safety, and adherence to policies and quality improvement.
