Job summary

White Castle, America’s first fast-food hamburger chain, is seeking a meticulous cleaner for the Home Office. The 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am, with a starting base pay of $16.79/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential.

The role covers routine cleaning of all areas, floor care, and maintaining a safe, orderly work environment. Responsibilities include floor maintenance, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and stocking supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or job-related training/experience.
• Ability to follow directions and be responsible for own work.
• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment.
• Floor care experience necessary.
• Team worker with initiative to assist where needed.

Responsibilities

• Mop, wax, and buff floors.
• Dust furniture, vacuum and clean carpeting.
• Remove trash of all types.
• Clean drinking fountains and restrooms.
• Replenish supplies.
• Clean glass and operate trash compactor.
• May require the performance of other duties as necessary to maintain the flow of work in the department.
