Triad Service Solutions is seeking an Overnight Cleaner to perform nightly cleaning of professional offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. The role may require travel between nearby buildings during the shift.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, lobbies, conference rooms, and hallways; maintaining cleanliness and supplies; and adhering to safety procedures during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, stairways, elevators, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Spot clean carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling and change liners.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and dust surfaces.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors.
• Maintain breakrooms and shared spaces.
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete areas within the shift.
