Job summary

McLeod Health in Manning, SC seeks a qualified Registered Nurse for a full-time night-shift role. You will perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care, and neonatal resuscitation according to AHA/NRP guidelines.

You will monitor fetal heart rates, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with the team to implement the Plan of Care. An active RN license is required; BLS, fetal monitoring/NRP within 3 months, and ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license verified by state board.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Basic Fetal Monitoring and NRP within 3 months.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of patients through history, exams and diagnostics.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation as needed per guidelines.
• Conduct head-to-toe assessments on infants and adults; reassess per policy.
• Manage antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Monitor fetal heart rate patterns and respond appropriately.
• Communicate clearly with supervisor, coworkers and providers.
