Qualifications

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic patient care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine bedside care including personal hygiene and ADLs.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor I&O.
• Collect data and observe patient conditions and report changes.
• Document on the medical record and respond to call lights.
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations under supervision.
