UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital in Central Florida is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Observation Unit to provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients overnight.

Under the direction of RNs and unit leadership, you will perform basic patient care tasks, assist with comfort measures, and help maintain a safe, clean environment to ensure quality care. Required: High School diploma or GED, BLS, and English proficiency; CNA license preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-high school specialized training preferred.
• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred.
• BLS required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures.

Join our Observation Unit team and work alongside nurses and other clinical professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients throughout their care.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and Registered Nurses, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures, and maintaining a clean, safe and organized patient environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

🎓 Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-high school specialized training preferred

📋 Licensure & Certification

• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
• BLS required
