Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Med Surg/Telemetry team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under a Registered Nurse, contributing to patient and family care experiences.

The role follows an overnight schedule (0.7 FTE) with every other weekend; MN Nursing Assistant Registry eligibility or being an LPN student/junior nursing student is required, CPR skills preferred. Competitive benefits accompany eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Must be current on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or be an LPN student or Jr. level nursing student with completion of first quarter clinicals with an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Preferred CPR skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Support Med Surg/Telemetry team and contribute to patient care and safety.
• Work on an overnight shift with 0.7 FTE and every other weekend.
