Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks a Nursing Assistant for the 2BCE Intermediate PCU unit on nights. This full-time role covers 36 hours weekly from 7pm to 7am, with benefit eligibility and support from an experienced team.

The 34-bed PCU unit handles adult patients with complex medical needs, with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Prior or current CNA experience is helpful, but BLS and a high school diploma are the primary requirements.

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Provider is required.
• High school diploma/equivalent or CNA preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated patient care tasks under the supervision of a nurse.
• Perform routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks.
