Advena Living is seeking an RN or LPN to join our dedicated nursing team at Rose Hill, KS. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, perform a broad range of clinical skills, and collaborate with a team that supports one another to deliver exceptional care.

The role requires providing direct nursing care, assessing changes in residents, administering medications, and maintaining documentation with a resident-centered approach. Shift: 6PM - 6AM.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations.
• Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment.
