Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license required.
• Ability to administer medications; IV certification as required.
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments as needed.
