Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Manufacturing technician to work overnight in a highly regulated environment producing time-sensitive radiopharmaceuticals. You will handle synthesis setup, hot cell manipulations, distribution, and daily quality control using multiple analytical instruments.

The role requires training completion, strong documentation, and adherence to safety protocols across ISO 5–8 environments. Overnight shifts, holidays, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift work is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Able to follow detailed processing instructions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Complete extensive training to demonstrate and maintain proficiency.
• Manufacture radioactive isotopes (setup, hot cell manipulations, distribution).
• Conduct QC testing using instruments (gas chromatograph, dose calibrator, HPLC, TLC scanner, etc.).
• Work in ISO 7 cleanroom to make product and customer vials.
• Perform environmental and personnel monitoring in ISO 5/7/8.
• Coordinate daily production run schedule based on needs.
• Maintain daily production records and reports; document thoroughly.
• Manage SAP Inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Perform daily radiation safety tasks and general lab cleanup.
