Qualifications

• 4–6+ years maintaining and installing industrial equipment (electrical & mechanical).
• Experience with high-voltage systems and electronics troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and follow lockout/tagout.
• Team player with reliability and safety mindset.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Read drawings and ladder logic to locate faults.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with tools and test equipment.
• Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders and support changeovers.
• Document maintenance activities and suggest reliability improvements.
