Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Perform grade changes and process adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Assemble components into finished products according to work instructions.
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Comply with GMP, ISO, and quality system requirements.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with quality team members to ensure product standards are met.
