Job summary

Compass Health is hiring a Crisis Outreach Clinician for the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Whatcom County. The role provides trauma-informed crisis services to children, youth, and families, including assessment, stabilization, and care coordination in the community.

You will work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting, travelling to homes, schools, shelters, and other sites. The position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and linkages to long-term supports.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed crisis services in the community
• Briefer recovery-focused interventions and referrals

Responsibilities

• Conduct community-based assessments and crisis intervention
• Deliver brief, recovery-focused counseling and case management
• Coordinate with partners and document in EHR
• Assess and mitigate risk factors including suicidality
• Facilitate access to treatment and supports
• Participate in team collaboration and supervision
