Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/MT/MLS) for a 13‑week travel assignment. Nights 7 PM–7 AM, three days (Wed–Fri), with 12‑hour shifts and universal precautions adherence. Must have venipuncture skills and be able to perform daily QC and operate multiple analyzers.

ASCP/AMT and BLS certifications preferred; blood bank experience is a plus. ASCP or AMT certification is required or eligible; AHA BLS certification is also required.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily quality control and maintenance per guidelines.
• Operates and troubleshoots chemistry, UA, hematology and coagulation analyzers.
• Conducts blood bank testing including type, RH, antibody screening, compatibility testing and QC.
• Communicates findings clearly to co-workers, supervisors and physicians.
• Maintains high standards of attendance, punctuality and professional conduct.
