Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct client care to residents in the group home/residential setting.
• Monitors, supervises, and trains residents in daily living skills.
• Provides support services for the home and residents.
• Transports clients as scheduled.
• Documents accurately in the electronic health record.
• Administers medications per Nurse Delegation program.
• Completes required administrative and client-related paperwork.
• Attends meetings and maintains timecard and credentialing requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
