AB2 Bipolar & Psychotic Inpatient Unit seeks an accountable team member with a High School Diploma, 1 year of clinical experience (psychiatric preferred), and EPIC training within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• One year of clinical experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting; 1-2 years preferred.
• Must complete and pass Epic training within 30 days of hire, with 80%+ on modules.

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN in direct patient care and documents AFS, progress notes, and observations.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients while maintaining boundaries.
• Participates in patient rounds and teams, and completes care assignments.
• Identifies crises and uses de-escalation techniques to support safety.
• Maintains safety, follows care standards, and communicates status changes.
• Performs Point of Care testing and supports activity planning for patient groups.
• Ensures a clean, organized, and safe unit environment and reports issues.
