Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months related experience or training.
• State certification as required by the state.
• Previous senior living experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate politely and effectively in English with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatment per physicians' orders.
• Monitor residents' health and safety; report changes to Health Services Director.
• Maintain accurate medication distributions and resident records.
• Store medications and equipment properly; keep the medication room clean.
• Follow shift-change procedures and documentation.
