Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Medical Technologist I for the Germantown Hospital site. The role features a night shift with every other weekend, full-time hours, and a $10,000 retention bonus for qualified applicants.

You will perform routine and specialized lab procedures, review results, and support high-complexity testing under established protocols to aid patient care at Holy Cross Germantown Hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Technology or related science with clinical rotation.
• Alternative degree with required biology, chemistry and math coursework plus relevant clinical lab experience.
• Rotations or supervised experience under a pathologist or board-certified MT.
• New graduate to 5 years in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification as MT desirable but not required; HEW/credentialing considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results for diagnosis and treatment.
• Work in a laboratory performing high complexity procedures under established protocols.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality assurance and accuracy.
