Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing and report results.
• Follow specimen handling, analysis, and record-keeping procedures.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures per SOPs.
• Review and release test results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Document quality control activities and instrument calibrations.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and escalate as needed.
• Document corrective actions when systems deviate from specs.
