Quest Diagnostics in Colorado Springs is hiring a Medical Courier to support delivery of medical specimens and lab materials on a fixed weekday schedule. You will travel a predictable route, communicate with clinical staff, and ensure specimens are handled and documented correctly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with driving experience and clean MVR with limited violations.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
• Comfort with using mobile devices and scanning tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials on a scheduled route.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL).
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with all DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
