Job summary

Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Med/Surg RN for night shift coverage in Terre Haute, Indiana. This direct-hire role offers a stable, full-time position with a Magnet-designated hospital setting and weekend/differential pay options.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with care teams. Indiana RN license and BLS required; ASN/ADN or BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license (or compact eligible).
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited ASN/ADN or BSN nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and discharge.
• Accurately document care in the electronic medical record.
• Follow safety, infection prevention, and unit protocols.
• Communicate and elevate changes in patient condition as needed.
