Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK seeks a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Med/Surg unit. The role is full-time, 36 hours weekly, with nights from 7pm to 7am and rotating weekends and holidays.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus for new grads, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses is offered, along with Mercy's comprehensive benefits package. You'll work in a 25-bed Critical Access hospital, collaborating with Therapy to deliver coordinated care and help patients return to pre-hospitalization

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical requirements: able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and mobility to perform duties.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtained within department-required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Med/Surg nursing care in a 25-bed unit.
• Collaborate with Therapy to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
• Maintain patient/nurse ratio and ensure safe, efficient unit operations.
