Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking an entry-level Material Handler I/II for our 3rd shift (9:00 PM - 5:30 AM) in Texas. You will perform various warehouse tasks, operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, and handle orders, receiving, and cycle counts. High school diploma and forklift experience are required; warehouse experience is a plus.

This role offers a growth path within a busy facility, with a focus on safety and accuracy while maintaining clean, organized operations during the night shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-year Sit-Down Forklift Operator experience required.
• 1-year previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to packing station or shipping area.
• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates forklift and order picker equipment.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying safety rules and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
