Job summary

I.K. Hofmann USA is seeking a Night Shift Logistics Associate to support BMW Plant Spartanburg’s logistics department in Greer, SC. Starting pay is $24.83 per hour for night shift, with benefits and opportunities for raises after 1 and 2 years of service.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other equipment, moving parts, scanning inventory, and ensuring timely parts availability for production. Equal opportunity employer; training provided.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift experience is required.
• Experience using RFID inventory scanners is needed.
• Stockroom/warehouse, shipping and receiving or inventory experience is a plus.
• Experience using SAP is a plus; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand up and sit down forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Assist in the management and distribution of goods within BMW’s logistics system.
• Move parts and pallets from incoming trucks to assigned locations up to 30 ft high.
• Use cherry picker or reach truck to move large items on warehouse shelves.
• Scan, pick, sequence, inspect, transport and move parts to support production line.
• Perform general warehouse duties as necessary.
