Job summary

A2Z Staffs Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate to support tire and auto parts distribution in Phoenix. The role requiresNight shift hours on a Sunday through Friday schedule with mandatory OT.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using scanners, stock organization, and assisting with inventory. Be prepared to lift heavy loads and work at height while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to pass a 10-panel drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lift 80 lbs consistently, up to 120 lbs; team lifts or equipment as needed.

Position Summary

Our Customer, brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• You can expect to lift 80 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 120 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
• When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 80 pounds
• Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.
• Be on the move. You should be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work overtime as needed
• Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• May assist other departments, such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check (felon friendly after 7 years, misdemeanors after 5 years)
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening (THC is included)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; we participate in E-Verify
• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
