Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for night shifts to support production of carbon and graphite materials. The role involves operating high-temperature furnaces and related equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining records of production activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with PPE. OT and safety compliance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Attention to detail to support Safety and Quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Ability to perform visual checks and handle materials with PPE.
• Must be able to pass respiratory fit mask test.
• Experience in ISO 9000/14000 environment is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing machines and equipment (high temp furnaces, bandsaws, mills, sanders, air mills, forklifts, cranes).
• Conduct quality checks at various production stages to meet standards.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and participate in routine maintenance.
• Manage raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and transport.
• Maintain accurate production records (machine operation, output, QC checks).
• Adhere to safety protocols for a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines to produce high-quality products.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity gains.
• May perform preventative maintenance or other duties.
