Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a manufacturing operator to run manual and automated equipment in a safety-focused environment. The role requires adherence to quality procedures, SPC and poka-yoke while meeting production cycle times and maintaining equipment.

You will report hazards, participate in safety training, and contribute to continuous improvement with peers and support teams. The position is 100% on-site with relocation available, and it supports night shift operations from 5pm to 5am in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or with applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Night Shift 5pm to 5am; 100% On-Site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Stop work if safety hazards are detected and report immediately.
• Follow HSE standards, wear PPE, and report injuries or incidents.
• Adhere to quality procedures (SPC, poka-yoke, visual standards) and inspect material quality.
• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture/assemble parts meeting specs and cycle times.
• Maintain clean work area and perform operator care and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team and support staff; participate in continuous improvement.
