Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor’s degree with manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and output goals.
• Provide supportive, effective leadership that develops team members and builds a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems.
