Shift: 5:45p-6a

Starting Pay Rate: $22.05

Job Description

• Must have high-level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and be willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched.
• Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals in the most efficient way possible.
• Act as the first point of contact when problems arise; if issues cannot be solved, elevate to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure operators perform tasks in accordance with SOPs.
• Lead applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs.
• Stress safety at all times.
• Ensure work areas are clean and well-organized.
• Train operators where needed.
