Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Stuarts Draft, VA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to drive manufacturing excellence on the shop floor. You will coach hourly associates, utilize Hollister Production System (HPS) and focus on Safety, Quality, Service and Cost objectives aligned with Hollister’s mission.

You will administer policies, support new product commercialization, and mentor teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shop floor data collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates on the shop floor to meet safety, quality, service and cost targets.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Monitor production KPIs, analyze data and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, training, and Hollister Production System (HPS).
• Facilitate shift communications and handoffs to ensure smooth operations.
