Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating department operations and schedule changes.
• Review production documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cGMP and policies.
• Communicate feedback on personnel and equipment issues.
• Handle employee training questions and conflicts.
• Interface with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Prepare work orders and change controls.
• Train employees on procedures and equipment.
• Execute training plans for new hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
