Job summary

Finlays Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment on the 3rd shift (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday). This full-time, non-exempt role requires hands-on troubleshooting and a strong focus on safety and GMP compliance.

You will work with a team of technicians and operators to keep production lines running, perform preventative maintenance, document parts usage, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMPs and food-safety practices.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and repair manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete daily paperwork.
