Job summary

AFL, a leader in fiber optic technology based in Duncan, SC, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of our production equipment. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Ability to pass forklift operator certification and physical exams.
• Strong understanding of factory operations including safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and repair or rebuild as needed.
• Act as the only maintenance technician on shift when required.
