Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Brownsville, WI, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Nights to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead daily maintenance activities, coordinate technician workflows, and champion TPM strategies to support Just-In-Time production.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred; relevant certifications considered.
• 6+ years in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior technician capacity.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance techniques.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide maintenance team members.
• Team player with a commitment to TPM/lean and Respect for People.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate technician workflows on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems to ensure equipment reliability.
• Manage CMMS data for predictive maintenance and ensure critical spare parts availability.
• Drive continuous improvement using TPM and lean practices to support JIT production.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to align maintenance with operational goals.
• Promote safety, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving across the maintenance team.
