Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for the night shift in Bradford, PA. Starting wage is $34 per hour, with primary duties including troubleshooting, preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment and building infrastructure.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing and testing electrical components, maintaining motors and control systems, and training production staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
• Conducts preventive maintenance programs and keeps accurate maintenance records.
• Maintains, repairs, tests and installs electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
• Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
