Job summary

Clean Tech Recycling in Dundee, MI seeks an Operator to monitor and operate plastic recycling equipment on a 3-2-2-3 schedule (7pm-7:30am). You will stay compliant with safety standards, perform basic maintenance, and support production tracking while moving materials with a forklift.

The role requires experience in similar environments, ability to stand and move across the shift, and adherence to 5S standards. Direct hire with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use ladders and stairs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner.
• Maintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Lead process change overs, quality checks, and production tracking activities.
• Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin.
• Operate forklift to move materials as needed.
• Maintain area to adhere to 5S standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
