Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. seeks an Operator 1, Machine for the night shift in Stratford, CT. Requires HS diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience; English proficiency is mandatory. Training on day shift for 3 months before transitioning to nights. 7pm–7am schedule with alternating days; 45-minute radius recommendation for applicants.

Candidate must read/write English, have basic math skills, and be able to work in a team environment. FDA/GMP/ISO9000 compliance awareness is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred; prior industrial experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to perform basic math and read specifications in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting.
• Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs and ISO9000.
• Works under general supervision following standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
