Job summary

Vision Plastics in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Machine Operator to operate injection molding machines and produce quality parts according to POI. You will monitor cycles, verify outputs, document lots, and help keep the line on track.

You will follow instructions, perform basic math, and communicate clearly with teammates. The role includes a graveyard shift (11:00 pm–7:30 am) with overtime opportunities and access to training and career growth paths.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Basic reading, writing and communication skills.
• Manually cycle machine by opening/closing gate.
• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently; stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machine to produce quality parts.
• Follow POI and supervisor instructions.
• Monitor machine for malfunctions and report them promptly.
• Verify parts meet quality standards and document rejects.
• Process parts including trimming, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain accurate counts and complete work orders.
• Communicate with team and prepare for next shift.
