Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking a Machine Operator for our brand new manufacturing plant in De Pere, WI. The role supports material handling, machine setup, and continuous production with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Shifts are 12 hours (5PM–5AM), with Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday schedules and overtime opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $26 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and shift, plus a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in increments.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot machines.
• Stand 12 hours consecutively.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage material conveying process (bulk offloading).
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding for continuous flow.
• Set up, start, operate and shut down equipment.
• Adjust machine controls to maintain performance.
• Perform maintenance to meet specs and quality.
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect production for quality standards.
• Address processing issues to meet customer requirements and minimize downtime.
