Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in high volume manufacturing is necessary.
• Previous Lead Operator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all facility and department safety rules.
• Conduct safety training meetings with associates.
• Maintain quality metrics and conduct weekly meetings.

Experience with high volume repetitive manufacturing

Education

2 Year Associates Degree preferred
