AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified night shift Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our family and provide dedicated, compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting.

You will deliver direct nursing care during the night shift, assess needs, administer medications, and supervise day-to-day nursing activities on your unit, ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• IV therapy certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the night shift.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities on your unit and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Participate in care planning and coordinate with on-call staff as needed.

Qualifications for Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification preferred
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
