Job summary

BEARCREEK is seeking an LVN for a 10 PM–6 AM shift in Grapevine, TX. The role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care. You will ensure accurate charting and adherence to facility policies.

The position requires an active LVN license, and the successful candidate will have experience in a long-term care setting, strong leadership, and the ability to work overnight shifts. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid out over three months.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing licensure (LPN/LVN) in good standing.
• Experience supervising CNAs or nursing staff is preferred.
• Proficient in medication administration and nursing documentation.
