American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the vent unit at Summit City Nursing Home in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a full-time night shift with vent unit specialty pay and shift differential, offering a rewarding role supporting residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
