GetHired, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care in a long-term care facility in Mississippi as part of an interdisciplinary team. The role includes planning and supervising day-to-day nursing activities, and evaluating care plans to improve resident outcomes.

The LPN will lead nursing staff, ensure adherence to physician orders, and participate in facility surveys and quality improvement initiatives. Strong English communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited LPN program with an active license.
• Prior supervisory experience with CNAs and other personnel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign, supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure care based on resident needs and staff qualifications.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to associates under supervision.
• Review department policies, procedures and job descriptions and suggest revisions as needed.
• Implement and monitor compliance with all policies and procedures and participate in quality improvement.
• Meet with nursing staff and other personnel to plan care-related services and communicate resident concerns.
• Participate in admissions, transfers and discharges as required.
• Document all clinical information accurately and in compliance with guidelines.
