Qualifikationen

• Valid NC LPN license or LPN license from another state participating in the multistate nurse licensure compact.

Aufgaben

• Administer medication to clients per medical orders.
• Maintain accurate records and notes as required.
• Perform intake with new clients.

• Obtain vital signs as ordered.
• Respond to staff needs and medical codes as needed.
