Charter Senior Living in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for our assisted living and memory care communities. Starting pay is $27–$28 per hour with FT and PT options for the 11p–7a shift.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Assisted living/memory care experience preferred
• Strong medication management and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents
• Assist with assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Monitor conditions and communicate changes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure quality care
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and life quality
• Assist with infection control and QA processes
• Mentor caregiving staff as needed
• Foster relationships with residents and families
