Job summary

Gulf Coast Village Skilled Nursing in Cape Coral, FL, is seeking a LPN or RN for PRN night shifts (7p-7a). This is a hands-on healthcare role where you will monitor residents, administer medications, and document care in our on-site facility. Pay ranges: LPN $26/hr, RN $33/hr.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as LPN or RN in the state of practice.
• Maintain a current CPR Certification.
• Customer service oriented with knowledge of successful customer service techniques.
• Ability to understand residents' charts, doctor's orders, residents' plan of care, medication orders.

Responsibilities

• Model positive and open communication with staff, residents and families.
• Follow shift routines and procedures for monitoring of vital signs and medication administration.
• Immediately report any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
• Accurately utilize electronic documentation systems as required.
